This method can be either software or policy based (in the case of 2K/XP). And must have the following functionality: * any install process must be silent. * folder exemption list. * toggle on / off (without reset). * uninstall process (if required). * does not otherwise effect the normal operation of Windows. We would prefer any software code to be written in native VB with reliance upon standard Windows DLL's. Failing that, a non-registering DLL is acceptable. Deliverables: If coded in VB: complete source code of all work done If coded in non-VB: Working DLL (source code optional) + VB Demonstration code. Must be available for further work on DLL (at cost) if source code withheld. Non-exclusive copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: 98, Me, 2000, XP Special Conditions / Other: A different method for 9X and 2K+ is acceptable. If policy based then policy invocation must be able to be automated via software.
