Overall, I don't anticipate any problems meeting your interface requirements - these are straightforward and well thought out. I have downloaded the ActiveX control and have reviewed it's programming requirements which also seem fairly straightforward. As part of my bid I am making an assumption that the ActiveX control provided will function as indicated by InteractiveBrokers. I can begin work on this project immediately if you are interested.
