Description:
This small project consists of four single-page forms and associated VBA code, to be integrated later in an MS Access 2000-based application. Detailed prototyping and design for all forms has already been completed. Scale drawings of the forms, and descriptions of control behavior will be provided to the coder.
The forms make extensive and repeated use of the MS Listview 6.0. Strong familiarity with this control, which can be somewhat tricky and is not well documented within VBA itself, is a requirement for this project.
A limited amount of existing source code, specifically a utility procedure previously designed for the Listview used elsewhere in the application, will be provided to the coder. Comments on, or criticism of, the module would be welcome.
Coder will be provided with, and requested to conform to, house code standards covering graphical standards, commenting and code style, and error handling approach used. A short technical code review conversation by telephone should also be anticipated once code has been submitted.
All bids welcome and appreciated.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional forms in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Microsoft Access 2000.
In view of possible follow-on work, broader familiarity with MS Office objects, particularly ADO, would be an asset, but is not strictly necessary for this project.
