Description:
I need an admin panel to track sales from my website (Unix Server). I need a call back page that will take information from my Credit Card processor and enter this info into a MySql database and also allow me to submit credit card info for point of sale. I need for the mysql database to collect infor for the web sales and allow me to enter infor for real world sales and then to generate reports with this information. I need to be able to download all of the collected information in a comma delimited file than will import into QickBooks Pro.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
I need an Administrative Panel (PHP) that will be placed in a password protected directory on my web server. This panel needs to interface with a MySQL database on my server space as well(Coder will have to setup database). The database must collect customer and sales information from the website before transmitting to the Merchant Account server.There will have to be a call back script for the Merchant Account server to transmit completed transaction information.
I need a form in the Admin area that will allow me to put in order information to the database for sales that are not generated on the website.
I need for the Admin Panel to generate reports with the infor from the database. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales reports for online and for offline sales.
When the callback info comes from the Merchant Account server a report (Invoice) should be generated with consecutive numbers for the client to print and for me to have.
This is basically an accounting system to input and track sales online and offline, generate reports and invoices, and be able to download the info to import into QuickBooks.
Platform:
This should be in php for a Unix server (Red Hat Linux)

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
