Description:
Doctor Entry Module,
Doctors need to send us monthly entries of Employee Medical Claims.
Doctors need to enter Employee ID, Dependent ID, Cost($), and Description of problem into a UI..
Bottom of UI will be Update, Clear, exit Button....or watever
All updates of data will be put into excel....
Doctors should be able to view the data that was put in days ago to check for errors, update to errors...
Save as function into A: Drive. or C; drive.....
if u like, default file name should be docclaim.xls
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Doctors PC contains ,standard MS OS, Excel, IE.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Mar 29, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
