The training tool need to teach them online about subject matter(e.g. safety training). After learning themselves via online, they will click on a button to do the test...., fills in check boxes, and submits. Way: Training tool will include mostly text information, + 1 or 2 mpeg links for video training, after going through the Learning module, they will click on the Testing module where questions will be asked, click on buttons and submit. Would like a Administrator module where administrator can enter texts / mepg for the learning module (Add/edit/delete/)...pull out data from database of the answers that were input'ed by the user, along with bracket'ed answers...so admin can double check on answers and Sign off by signature, print out of user data(answers) should be date/time stamped......perhaps some tools to do a quick check how many passes or failed. Admin module should allow administrator to enter all the names of the testees, administrator should be able to enter a maximum test date for the user to finish otherwise by that date, she/he will fail. Administrator must be allowed to do a print monthly of those who failed/passes/missed out the test. Testing module, should contain just questions and answer slots. The questions should be random of 20 questions input'ed by the administrator, ONLY 10 questions will be tested. PLEASE ADVISE.!!! Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
