Description:
Need a vb program with a ms access database.
database only needs one table with 10 different
records.
Need:
splash page
menu with about
form to add, update and delete records
combo box
must appear to be written by a very novice programmer
and very well commented.
Can provide more detail and the beginning form to
programmer whose bid is accepted.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s)
in executable form as well as complete source code
of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

I can deliver what you want, but more importantly I can deliver it the way your want - looking like a beginner wrote it.
I say this because besides being a full time programmer I am also a Microsoft Certified Trainer. I can build you the application in the manner that Microsoft's VB training material does. This is not necessarly the best best way, but it is the beginners way!
From my teaching background I have a lot of experience in explaing things in a way beginners can understand them. The comments I make in the source code will reflect this.
