The domain used to have a site, but due to a disaster, it was lost, and the person who did it does not respond anymore. So, I need a new site for it. It should be database driven, have the ability to accept submissions from developers, editor's pick section, top downloads, and search capabilities. The search is an important element and should be well-designed. It needs an administration section in which programs submitted can be approved, which will make them active on the site, and the ability to edit existing applications. Feel free to use any graphics currently on the files32.com site there now which does not work. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working web site and any assistance needed in setting it up if more complex than uploading the files and such. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Platform: Should work with all popular browsers.
