Description:
1) please see attached document/pic
2) I am looking for the best price
3) I am looking for the most professional work
4) If this one looks GREAT, other projects may follow.

Simple flash animation that creates the effect of people having a short conversation.

I will provide a picture of people in JPEG format similar to the one attached.

I need each of the people to have a “callout box” appear over their head one after the other to simulate an actual conversation. I am also including an example of what a call out is.

The first callout will need to disappear as the callout for the other person in the picture appears. This will simulate a brief conversation.

The first person in the picture should say, “The project is well over budget.”
The second person in the picture should say, “What caused it and how can it be fixed?”

The flash animation will just include the appearance and disappearance of the callouts each time it is played. A button will need to added to START the animation over again.
