I worked on a number of projects developing Web content management solutions for government and business clients. These included the Department of Primary Industries, Water & Trade (http://www.dpiwe.tas.gov.au/), Workcover Tasmania (http://workcover.tas.gov.au/) and Workplace Standards Tasmania (http://www.wst.tas.gov.au), each of whom used the software to develop and manage their extensive Internet, intranet and extranet sites. I also developed ecommerce solutions for companies such as Tas Land Search (http://www.taslandsearch.com.au).

I developed Internet-based applications within the Managed Services Delivery System (MSDS) group. I was responsible for a data warehousing application designed to assist companies in analysing their telecommunications usage and expenditure patterns, based on Telstra billing data. I also developed an accompanying bill presentation application. Our group used a prototyping methodology and a 3-tier architecture. The primary technologies used were ASP (JavaScript & VBScript), DHTML, VB, SQL, OLAP and MDX.
