As a junior software developer I could have a broad insight into Bluedot&'s J2EE Web Application and take an active part into the whole lifecycle of the product. Thus my duties included:

* Business logic development: designed and implemented new features for a workflow system.
* Web Development: wrote JSP and JavaScript. Used a workflow system and an automatic web form generation tool to implement an online registration form for a large public event.
* Database Development: wrote PL/SQL stored procedures. Wrote SQL queries in order to detect and report discrepancies in the complex data structure of the workflows system.
* Quality Assurance: Troubleshooted existing EJB using a bug tracking tool. Did code analysis, regression tests then performance tuning which resulted in dramatic improvement in the use of the resources. Automated the testing process With JUnit and designed test cases.

Developed an e-commerce application:

* Server side programming: Wrote Servlets to perform SQL queries and generate dynamic HTML content.

  Eric was very helpfull and was willing to answer any questions as he went along finishing the project. He even sent me parts of the code as he was completing it.
