When we started our business in 1997 we recognized soon that each of our clients is different and hence strive to develop a solution uniquely tailored to his needs. We believe that cutting edge technology should not be out of reach for any business regardless of size, and we are proud of our ability to work within the constraints of a given budget to develop a solution that is both appealing and user friendly.
During our business life we have developed and deployed successfully more than 40 projects exclusively for European customers from Austria, Germany and United Kingdom. Most of the products released under these projects are still operational and intensively used by our customers.
Our Teams
At NTS we understand the importance of maintaining a professional motivated teams, which are ready to react on any project challenge and from the other site, remain reasonable in the estimations and commitments to our customers.
To provide higher flexibility to the customer requirements NTS maintain for more than two years three development teams. Our employs are highly educated professionals with Batchelor, Master and Doctoral degrees coming mainly from the University of Sofia Information technology and other Natural science departments.
Due to our strong relations with the University of Sofia we are able to easily increase the size of our teams and thus provide the resource flexibility required by the active projects.
The current stuff of NTS is 10 persons.
Java development
Java team is developing on Java projects. We have experience with different sizes of Java projects and we have developed applications using Database, EJB, XML, SOAP and other modern Java technologies. Our current set of Java projects is 50% Oracle oriented (8i, EJB technologies) 30% Postgresql and 20% non-database applications. The team has three developers at the present time.
WEB development
WEB development team - is developing on Microsoft Visual Basic, Delphi and MS Visual Basic for Applications projects. Significant part of the development of the team is based on XML/WEB technologies relaying on Microsoft Solutions. Recently the team started to operate OpenCMS solution and is doing some Apache/Tomcat development.
System Team
Embedded development team is operating in PALM development projects but recently it was doing the software development for an embedded tester increasing his knowledge with Keil, USB, ISDN and other telecommunication technologies.
Company structure
NTS has three levels in its operational structure.
General manager
In front of the company is a general manager, which is responsible for all contractual activities with the customers and any other sales management functions and activities.
Project managers
Each team has its project manager, which is responsible for the design, follow-up and management of the deliveries for a set of projects developed by the team.
Specialists
Specialists are working in a team on a project base. Depending on the loading of the teams and according to the required by the projects developed in a team, skills it is often possible to relocate a specialist from one team to another.
Quality system
Following the increasing customer requirements NTS has developed and apply in its business an ISO 9001:2000 compliant quality system. The implementation of the system is completely automated using a custom tools, which provide easy and simple to fill forms for every day records required by the system. Having this information in a centralized database it is easy to build a set of reports, which ensure the functioning of the quality system.
