He strives to provide complete answers to all questions and is very focused on the expectations of the buyer. He makes allowances for the natural evolution of a project's definition and makes adjustments accordingly. I found him to be very knowlegeable and will be using him again in the future. One observation for consideration: There were times that his written communication was challenging to follow due to the translation to English from his native tongue. Perhaps RentACoder could provide translation services to assist with this area.
