I apoligize for that. The other buyer probably didn't make it clear what the bid entailed. The buyer who rated him 1 didn't see any of his completed work...He was just upset that the work couldn't be completed. I personally would be thankful if a programmer was having difficulty completing a project and they let me know so I could find someone who could complete it. I have one project which I think the programmer is never going to be able to complete. I can't accept a new bid from another programmer without double spending the money. I have to wait until the deadline expires before I can get my money back. So it will probably take 6 months delay in order to get the project completed. Faisal will probably be much more careful on bids he accepts in the future.
