Using C++ and Rogue Wave&'s DbTools, developed the back end process to search and retrieve data from an Oracle data store. Used XML Dom documents to send the data to the middleware and used XSL to parse the data for displaying in the front end. Data Architect for Romac&'s Oracle 8.0 database. Responsible for designing and creating the new Entity Relationship Diagram for Romac&'s staffing application. The model was developed using Oracle Designer and EasyEr case tools. Utilized Designer to create the physical model and generate the DDL to create the database. Team lead for Data Conversion Process. Responsible for conversion of Informix and Sql-Server data sources into an Oracle 8.0 database using PL/SQL. Solely developed the package for the Informix conversion. An additional level of complexity was added because data was incrementally converted on a nightly basis. Utilized numerous PL/SQL built-in packages such as dbms_pipe and dbms_sql for multi-threading and dynamic SQL. Developed a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method for Romac&'s front-end application system.
