Don't know if it was deliberate deception by this buyer or not, but here is what the coder said: "I need your advice in this matter. As per site rules i was not even to start work.But as per bid request, I started and finished most of the work and have already sent him my work. I would like to make some points clear .I have not been paid. I have completed design of wizard and the options as mentioned.As the buyer wanted the code before i payment as mentioned in his bid request,I sent him the code.Now i feel i am the looser. The buyer gave me some code to which i am supposed to attach my work.The code doesnt work.I have informed the buyer. The buyer wants me to complete work by today.
