19 Painting-Tools including Brush or Userdefined Polygons.
15 Filters like Ice, Invert or Emboss.
05 Effects like Flipping or Wave.
You can pass a Commandline to the App.
Open and save pictures.
Print pictures.
The CommonDialog-Control.

whoa, this is better than microsoft
pain by miles... the only thing you
should add is when draggin a circle it
shows the marching ants.

This code is great, but it needs some
features to be really useful. The
number one missing feature is
selections. Of course, this code
doesn't come close to Paint Shop Pro,
but this is FREE and under 1MB while
Paint Shop Pro is $100 and over 20MB!

toolbox so you can click buttons for
tools instead of selecting from a menu.

Its amazing the images you can produce
in VB when you concentrate on maths
rather than graphics... :-)

easy to incorporate into your current

5, but dont forget to give Sam credit,
she did a top job.
My only critiques
... it needs an Undo button... and
instead of using Inputboxes to ask for
values, you should let the user select
the area with their mouse:-)
