I decided to post the code, feel free to leave a comment on it (or vote of course :-)).
Bugfixes:
The script now doesn't search in ASP scripts anymore. Use the search.asp?debug=true option to see where the script deletes scripts in the pages.
What is to come:
Automatic page dedection wihtin a folder (so you don't have to manually type in all those paths and titles).
