This application can take any text (typed in or an opened .txt or .rtf file that is no more than 4000 chars) and encrypt it with a password. The password is used in the encryption, so only the correct one will correctly decrypt the text. This program also demonstrates the use of a progress bar and the opening and saving of text files.

What's up with the two passwords?  
Encrypting twice doesn't make it more 
secure.  I know a good trick to 
eliminate the 4000 character limitation.

Trying encrypting a string c:\Program 
Files\Testing.mdb with the password(s) 
test:test. Now trying to decrypt, and 
when clicking <Clear> there are errors 
on the txtPassword.Text. Missing (One) 
& (Two) this needs to go back to the 
development a little more.
