I've had a look at the project and it
definetely worth 5. The comments in the
code are worth 5 alone. Can this do
bitmap tiled menu backgrounds. Can this
do different menu 'highlicght'
selections and track them/report them
as you move the mouse. Thanks for
sharing this

Tooltip windows should be set as
TOPMOST after CreateWindowEx. Works
anyway as BALLOON but appears behind in
other modes. 5 Globes from me.
