Yes, there is a way... It has to be 
done through API, and currently is 
beyond me... Gimme a few days and I may 
have it figured out.

All the files that i try to 
Register/UnRegister wont work...   :(  
i have tryed this and many other 
programs to try and fix it, but nothing 
works.  can someone PLEASE help me.

No didn't work with me.  First it said 
file not found.  to fix this I changes 
the windows\system\ to 
windows\system32\.  Then, it game me a 
regsvr32 error with loading a module or 
something.  I have windows xp.
