Description:
I need a program that connects to hotmail.com and will send emails to people on a list i have but i need a way to only send X number at a time because i don't want everyone getting everyone elses email address email me for futher instructions or questions
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
