Description:
Hi Coders:
This is a repost.. I will be making myself clearer this time. I have a online timekeeping app that i have created. There is some code that needs cleaned up.. There are 4 things that i need.
1) A username variable needs to pass from page 1 to page 2
2)on page 2 display just that users records. The user needs to be able to add,edit,update there records only..
3)A dynamically generated form that submits to self im guessing here... (example) when the user fills out the addtodb.asp form the user has the option to click a link to add another record (before submitting to the db).. And viola everything the user just entered is displayed above and a new form magically appears blank.
Where the user can add another record.. This process comtinues until the user hits the submit to db button.
4)When the user is done with adding,editing,deleteing a link shows up passing the username variable back to searchtimedbq.asp diplaying all the records for that user once again..
If there are any questions please respond.. I need this asap.. The files are attached to test my scripts and to be able to bid properly..
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Please document code well as i am a newbie trying to figure asp out..

| I've been coding ASP/SQL/VB Script pages for about 4 years now. I'm very fast at producing pages. I fell that I can meet the deadline if I start the coding by 3 pm EST Feb 27. The only thing I'm worried about is the dynamically generated reports. I haven't done anything like this but then I'm wondering if its required. It would make the page quicker to write without and I'm wondering what the need is for the user to preview their existing reports. I'm not sure if it would just be better to submit the info to the database and then launch a new blank report. I think that creating multi-dynamic reports would cause more bugs in the system. Let me know if you want me to work on this without the dynamic forms. |
