Description:
I have a customer that needs a web site make over in 2 weeks and I don't have the time. All I need is the front page and a template done. Not much graphics is required.
It should be able to be done in a few hours after you have an idea of what you want to do. I have some site they have said they like and know the colors etc they want to use. Since it is a make over I just need the template so I can add the info they already have. The data base for the real estate listings is done. ALL I need is good html code and the idea for the look and feel of the site.
The html should meet the World Wide Web Consortium Conformance to Web Content Accessibility and or bobby approved html. I would like someone that has done real estate sites. This is a site for a Centruy 21 office.
I will provide you with the current URL and the URL's the client likes.
** PS I know the code will only take an hour or so and the min. price of $100 is high for that but I am paying for the idea...the main page and one template for the rest of the site. The IDEA is the hard part. Seems like all my sites are looking the same!
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Internet Explorer and Netscape
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Mar 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Would like this done in a week.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

I have done 2 realty sites.. The best 1 is at www.silverlakesrealtors.com it is currently undergoing a facelift.. But i am very interested in doing your.. I would like to see the current site and also to see what the clients like. I am possitive that i can reproduce the look they want..
