Description:
In C++ : the algorithm that performs the encrytion and decrytion of a plaintext to ciphertext message.
It will use the shift Caesar method, the other will use the shift Affine method.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased. step by step input/comment fields for the user and what will be displayed.

What type of cyper is to be followed. please send the details. I can finish it off quickly
If you provide the cyper method(ie simple cyper-ususally for homework is shifting the digits to a specified degree eg a is shifted to c; b to d etc)
