MORTGAGE SITE SPECIFICATIONS AND INFORMATION
Need a professional looking, interactive web site that provides the following:
NO FRAMES
NO FLASH
Online Application Form that delivers information to my email and auto responds to the applicants email upon delivery
Mortgage Treasury and rate tickers
Online calculators
Will have paypal option and two other affiliate sponsor icons and links to post on homepage.
Frontpage should have an interactive real time date and clock (Eastern Standard USA)
A section for news that can either be downloaded by MoreOver newsreader or some other data pulling device off the internet for specific industry news.
Site needs to be functional, professional, fast and operational on older browsers since consumers may have small screened and older browser and speed issues.
I want all pages to have easy navigation and the Venus Mortgage Logo and Fair Housing Logo on each site.

(Password protected area with a user viewer friendly status report area that is specifcally secured from other people) Need admin feature and automatic password selecting feature by user or generator that us emailed to users email upon request to provide procted user entry into an area that I can type updated information related to that consumers transaction that only they can see. Want any entry or typing updated to automatically notify me and the user by email that there has been new information posted or recent entry.)privacy and security required)
An online prequalification form with built in ranges for A B C and D credit to provide some detailed prequalification final numbers when the consumer clicks the submit form. (Form should pop up in new page with ability to print as documents or to have it emailed to the users emailbox.

Bidder must be able to analyze, design, test and upload the entire site and programs to the listed web hosting provider (www.addr.com) and ensure functionality.
Deadline is 7 days from final outline or 14 calendar days from bid acceptance whichever is longer. Any deviation of project without communicating with the buyer terminated the contract and bid. If the products is not testes and uploaded the day of the deadline then the bid and agreement is terminated and I will move on to a new bidder.
All code and a the rights to all work and codes remain the rights of Venus Mortgage company and the bidder will need to acknowledge this in writing.
Also, the bidder must adhere and read the www.addr.com technical specifications and adhere to it.
February 23,2002 is the absolute deadline. You are terminated after this date if the site is not fully complete, tested, uploaded and ready for use.
Platform:
Web Based Platform, PHP. MYSQL, ASP based fuctionality, need real time use and password scripted section with automatic email delivery. Must be easy to view and operate across multiple browsers and must have an open platform structure to allow fututre plug-ins and interface linking with other companies and or softwares to eliminate redundant entry and slow movement of data. XML standards should be followed as much as possible, expecially for loan application and other forms that have loan related fields.
PDF, DOC and other viewable options as well as the ability to deliver readable email documents or post them within the loan status center area ---whichever coding that needs is required.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed and Delivered by February 23, 2002.
Daily updates and viewing of completed work is required to eliminate redoing on the coders part. 24 hour response turn around required. No raising of bid price or extension of deadline allowed.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
