Description:
I have a simple database with a bank and account holder information. I need a simple report created to show each bank with it's accounts. The only catch is that I need room for a two page cover letter. So basically I want to say Dear Bank, these are your customers that are also my customer and I would like to work with you bla, bla, bla.
And then list the accounts.
I am attaching the database.
EFT_DEST is the key code for the bank and SIG_ACCT is the key for the account holder.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 98 MS Access 2000
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Dear Sir,
I have enclosed a solution.
Please open the workrep.mde file, which has a link to your working.mdb. It contains a form FAccList, a report RAccList and a query QAccList.
The report is a prototype. How it should be correctly formatted, please specify. There is room for 2 pages with data feeded from 2 text boxes. New line is entered with Ctrl+Enter. Hit the 'Preview' button to preview a report. If you accept my bid, I will finish the report by your specs.
