Description:
I want improvements on www.mdab.org Website.
It is currently not complete but just designed to give an idea.
1. The welcome Page needs to be attractive.
2. Members should be listed in this table.
3. C M E option should be accessible with the password and only by the members in the Member list.
4. Anybody should request for membership through the form and wait till the administrator authorizes by sending username and password to that member. This username and password expires on annual basis and before it expires the member should be informaed.
We do NOT want to collect the subscription fee on-line. (The Members will come to our offices to renew)
administrator should be able to change the members password.
We will do the other static pages.
This can be done in Front page, ASP or JAVA.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Documented source codes and necessary instructions for installation.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
