Description:
An original image is required to serve as a masthead for a non-commercial genealogy- / family history- related site to which visitors can submit details on vital records (births, baptisms, marriages, deaths and burials) registered in Australia and New Zealand, which are then added to a searchable online database.
Deliverables:
An original image representing birth, marriage and death is required, in the style of the file bdm.jpg, with dimensions of 350 pixels in width and 75 pixels in height; the existing file cannot be used because of its copyright provisions. The background should be transparent and without the background designs that appear in the sample file; the ribbon and bunches of flowers ideas should be maintained.
The Australian and New Zealand flags in the files aus.gif and nzl.bmp need to be blended suitably into the image (obviously reduced in size), perhaps on angles; if you can find better samples to work with, that's fine. They must retain their proportions, all stars and at least 75% of the Union Jacks so that they can still be identified as such. While still visible, perhaps the flags could be blended into the background, so as not to be the main focus of the image.
Two copies are required: an uncompressed master BMP copy and a compressed JPG copy with a maximum size of 15 KB; the final compressed copy must be as clear as the sample file bdm.jpg.
It's probably my intention to add a layer with a title Australasia Births, Deaths and Marriages Exchange but I'm not sure yet how well that will work, so any suggestions would be appreciated; of course, any suggestions on how to best arrive at a desirable result are appreciated. My main concern is that perhaps the final image will be too "busy" or cluttered.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
