Description:
I need a source code written for a Borland version 5.02 C++ compiler. I need to be ably to copy and paste the source code directly into Borland 5.02 and compile it error free. I need it to look like a beginner worked it out by the following guidelines. NOTHING FANCY!
Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to use particularly the "for", "do" and "while" statements.

Assignment: Write the complete pseudocode in MS Word and then a program that includes a brief description of the program in a comment statement at the beginning.

The program first prompts the user for a positive integer input called range. Use a while loop to verify that the input is >0. Then display all multiples of 3 between 0 and range in ascending order. (Ascending mean counting up and between means don&'t include 0 or the value range.)

Next prompt the user again to enter two integers j and k, which could be positive, zero, or negative. No verification is required here for this assignment. Then display all odd numbers in ascending order between j and k, regardless of order entered or which number is larger.

Run the program to test that it operates as intended, and paste sample output into your source code in a comment block following your program.

What I need:
1. Detailed Pseudocode in MS Word document
2. C++ source code with complete sample output copied and pasted at the bottom of your source code in a comment block
3. Include appropriate blank lines, indentation and comment statements in your source code.

I have attached a sample of what the output should look like.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Special Conditions / Other:
As soon as possible, before Midnight Monday night
