This is a second aution for an example of a simple MS Access Page. I need a simple example of a page that will ask for name and phone number and store it in an MDB. THIS MUST BE ACCESS ONLY CODE!!! ** In other words I simply need to know how to export an ACCESS form to ASP code ie How to complete the MS ASP output options, Connect string etc.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

I can give it to you in either Access 97 or 2000, your choice... I have four years of experience working in manufacturing and warehousing environments including custom and mass production and almost 5 years experience writing Access database programs (As well as SQL Server and Oracle).
