Description:
I need a web-based clone of the game pictionary. Code in any language you desire just a long as it runs in Netscape or Internet Explorer version 5.0+. Flash OK, Java Preferred.

This game will be able to be played by 2-4 players.(No computer players). When first person enters game they will have a message telling them "Waiting for other players". The first person in is the host. After a 2nd player enters the game, the Host will have a button appear to start the game, leaving the option to begin or wait for 1-2 more players. A thing I beleive will make this project a lighter load is that in this game only the host can draw. I say a clone like Pictionary, but what I want is that the host is like the dealer, he does not win or lose.

The host will have a pop-up window with a textbox where he/she enters the word the other 1-3 players are trying to guess. And a grey box with two buttons, (1-Pencil, 1-Eraser).

The mouse movements of the host in this grey box will be seen by all the players. If the host clicks the "Pencil" button, and holds the left-mouse button down, it will draw the mouse movements in this grey box. Just like Windows Paintbrush! You know what to do with the "Eraser" button :)

And of course the other 1-3 players who are playing will of see what the host is drawing and have a textbox of their own they can type in their answers, and a button which exexutes their guess (All players will see answers being submitted). Whoever matches the the word first is awarded 100pts. The host's drawing board is cleared, prompted to enter a new word of what he/she will be drawing, and the next round begins. If the host leaves anytime during a game, the entire game resets for all the players and whoever is back in 1st, is of course the new host.

Last thing I want is that all the players will have a similiar logon window to the game where they enter their name, that will be seen by the other players. You can make this like a chatroom, where you see the other users in the channel in a small frame all players will have in the corner of their screen of the game.

I'm sure a lot of you might have a lot of little projects you can combine to make this easily. I don't need time limits, fancy graphics, high-score keeping, or anything like that.Any other questions feel free to email me.

Deliverables:

I'll do this for a fair price of $150. I will create this in a Java Applet using SUN JDK 1.3. I will start work once bid is accepted.
