Description:
Convert an existing Excel workbook into a stand alone VB6 project which does exactly the same thing. The VB application must run in windows 98 and higher. There will be an additional $50.00 bonus for an additional utility program that automatically does the same conversion.
Deliverables:
The original file is an Excel 2002 workbook which contains a few linked worksheets.
Each worksheet contains some tables which include several cell formulas. Some worksheets contain charts. I don't need all of the standard menu items which exist on the Excel menu bar. I only need the File menu and a product Evaluation menu that I have already created in Excel. I will need the underlying sub-menus for these 2 main menu items. Under the second menu title, there are several sub-menus which are activated by macros I wrote. You don't need to write macros for them as long as the Sub-menu items operate correctly by clicking.
It is important that the tables and charts be created exactly the same way in the converted VB project. The VB application must be completely stand alone and executable without the need to use Excel or any other software or additional hardware.
I will own the VB6 project and application (including the EXE and the source code).
The finished product must be bug and virus free and should operate indefinitely without any timer or disabling features in it. I reserve the option to accept or reject any and all bids before the project begins.
I need complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Special Conditions / Other:
Deadline: The completed work must be delivered within three weeks from the bid closing date. I will need to fully review and test the finished product before I approve it. The reviewed work along with my suggestions will be forwarded to the coder for debugging. After I am satisfied with the work I will then issue my approval to release the funds to the coder.
If a bug free product is not delivered by the above mentioned deadline, the bid is cancelled and the money will be refunded to me (The Buyer).
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello,
I'm a Microsoft Certified Professional in VB6 and have past experience with creating user-interactive Excel worksheets using macros and VBA. I believe I can do this conversion for you, and deliver a vb6 project that is identical to the Excel functionality. Ofcourse I can be more certain, if I had a chance to see and operate the excel worksheets.
