Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

i will come up with a demo for you inside one day, that is inside 24 hours of posting this comment, hopefully you wont allot this bid to anyone else till then.
Lets see if you like it and accept my bid.
I am not placing a bid because i am leaving it to some latter time until then we will finalize all the details. I am doing it because the project is very open ended right now.
Will talk to you in next 24 hours, Until then could you please reply with a comment stating all the functionality that you may need, so that i can place a bid while submitting the demo.
