Description:
I have the source code for a simple calendar organizer. One viewing the source code could clone it very easily.
It has ten simple forms and two modules which need created.
People who own DBI Tech's Calendar Component will be given preference.

A pop up alarm alert will be necessary: with mp3 or wave to alert a person. The person can change the mp3 or revert back to the original alarm.
Alarm must be effective and pleasant sounding not annoying.
No registration system will need created.
Copyright protect will be applied by someone else.
The source code will be delivered to the winning bidder. I can't give the source code to everyone who is interested in the project.
After seeing the source code the programmer will acknowledge the program is the same size and complexity as envisioned and I will accept the bid.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I have read your requirements, though I do not have DBI Tech's Calendar Component but feel I have a good understanding as to what you are looking for. As far as the deadline is concerned, I definitely do not see that as being a problem.
