Description:
This is being reposted due to the last coder being unable to fulfill his responsibilities. I need a screen that will allow user to add/delete/edit or print forms whos filename and description is stored in a mdb file, (A MDB that you will create). When user selects a form to print, the program will open the file (a mdb file), un-encrpt it, (very simple encryption routine required here, nothing too fancy) read each records information, which will contain the variable name to print the row and the column to print at. This must be done on a dot-matrix printer. The reason for this is, the forms are insurance forms which have carbon paper between the pages. If the user chooses to edit, allow user to shift form up, down, right, left by adding or subtracting from the row and column value for the entire file. Example to shift form down 1 line then add 1 to row value to each record of that form's MDB. If user chooses to add a form, then allow user to goto a specific website. If the user downloaded new forms then allow user to add them to his form list. The user should be allowed to move around / add / delete forms from his formlist. This module must work on a network.

Dear Forman,
I have gone through the specifications and the attached document. This can be done in VB with ease. I request you to send me a sample form in a .for file format.
I personally think that this project can be completed for $250 which is decent remuneration for this kind of job when convert it into Indian currency. So you will get quality work, tested code, and documentation.
If you send me the full details and any sample mdb,.for files I can place my final quote. I fell that the work will take a few days to complete.
