Description:
Looking for an offline program developed in Delphi 6 that will create web pages that will become an online job information system developed so that supervisors at my agency can post available job listings for their department and viewers can submit (via email) resumes. This system should list jobs in alphabetical order with probably a one paragraph summary of the job. When a viewer clicks on a link, they should also be able to see a full job description. Our supervisors should be able to fully manage this system and be able to add, delete and modify job listings. Once one of the supervisors finishes with the program, the new web pages can be posted to the internet to update the system.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
