Description:
A program to record screen movements and screen shots along with the ability to record sound from the sound card input re: cassette or microphone. And save as AVI with full screen capability. This program to be used as method of producing training CDs for various applications.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Hi Barry!
My name is Victor.
I'm PHD in hypermedia systems.
I'm also header of small multimedia firm. We developing multimedia projects on CD, electronic business cards, multimedia catalogs, presentations, etc.
How I see this program: dialog window we setting capture properties: file name, frame rate (for screen movements 10 frames per second will be enough), capture duration and sound card input for sound capture, then we pressing record button and executing all movements.
In what format you want receive your avi?: divx, mp4 or maybe better not compressed video.
On my mind better save all movements in bmp sequence, sound save in wav and then assemble it in professional products like Adobe Premiere it's make better result and quality.
Also i offer made it in Delphi under DirectX.
The price of this project i think will be 250-350$
