Description:
Pocket PC 2002 (ARM) and Pocket PC (CEF) Access 2000 end user desktop.
Must synch MDB files to Pocket PC. End user on Pocket PC will be able to:
view records
edit or create new records
delete records
sort records
and then synch them back to the Windows Machine as MDB.
This program will not deal with the MDB's on the desktop machine (except for synch). We will create all of the needed MDB files.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
