Description:
I need a PHP or Java based application which will allow me to embed multiple seamless "Netmeeting-like" objects into a browser window. The object, should be able to send and receive video and sound. The "Streams" should go through port 80, and should not require the loading of a client application at the client side. Transport of the data should be done in an industry accepted protocol (H323?).
I would appreciate any comments or feedback.
I will server this out of an Apache server, running on Linux, but should work equally well on IIS.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Linux and Apache, but must also run on IIS and W2K
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
