Hello Ammar, My name is Charles Li and I am interested in your project. I used to be the system administrator for the Speech Communications department here at U of Illinois. They eventually needed an exchange server as well so it is right up my alley. $15 an hour is about what I&'m looking at. I regularly use ICQ, AIM, and MSN so that is no problem. Although you may already know or have considered these options I just wanted to say a few things. If all you really need is strictly an e-mail server there are a ton of cheaper packages (and free ones). I don&'t know about reliability on specific ones but nothing a little research couldn&'t solve. Also, as far as being online during the setup, another thing that might help you guys out is VNC or window&'s own Terminal Services. With VNC (free just do a search - and works on about every OS) you can remotely control a computer with keyboard, mouse, and all. Good luck with the project and I hope to hear from you. If you have any questions or need some references please let me know.
Charles
