Description:
I found a 3D draw program from here: http://www.pscode.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=37484&lngWId=1
What I need to perform is:
1) Load a 3D studio file as shown from above example.
2) Load a picture file (i.e. bitmap or jpeg) and paste onto a picture box.
3) Ability to draw the 3D object (as shown from above link) onto the picture box with the loaded picture file.
4) The program should not have flip effect.
5) All source code must be in VB6.
In summary, the program should be able to perform exactly the same program as above link (see attached zip file), except having the ability to draw on top of a load picture file (i.e. a loaded image).
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 98, 2000, XP.

Done, see the attached example.
In the example we have put a pre-defined bitmap, but of course when we deliver you the code we will make it dynamic (you can select any bitmap on your PC).
And, the EXE file will be smaller, and we will (of course) deliver the source code too, and specify the changes we have made.
We will also provide you with unlimited help and support, and we will add you to our safe recovery program in which you will get a copy of your project any time in the future upon request (this is very usefull in case you accidentally loose or delete the files).
