Description:
This project has 5 steps as outlined in the attached prop. Please make you bid for only step 1. Please include an estimate of how long each step will take. Please incude a total cost estimate for steps 1-5. The winner of this bid will most likely be given the other 4 steps.
I would like to choose a coder ASAP, so get those bids in!

For step 1 Hands Free Viewer:
I have made a similar Flash image viewer before.

(this is a work sample, so the interface is very simple)
The Flash file reads a index file to load images dynamically. I could write a PHP script to replace the index file, so just upload pics to a folder and updates will be done by that script.
I would modify and improve the interface to make it nice and more friendly. I could provide several images switching effects.
