Need Adobe Illustrator File Made for Printing

Description:
I need a talented person for a pretty basic project. I need to have 5 basic bumper stickers laid out and made in to an Adobe Illustrator file. Here is the printeres requirements:
"MAC based Adobe Illustrator and can use EPS files with the text outlined. "
The final product will measure 8 inches by 2.5 inches.
I do not use Illustrator so I need you to send me the files for proofing in .jpg format.
I have a the general layout and copy prepared, I need you to make them look nice and clean, and prepare the Adobe Illustrator file.
I also would like you to take an existing file with 10 of our previous bumper stickers and remove 5 of them, and add these new 5 to that file, so I can give the printer 1 single file with 10 bumper stickers. 5 New ones that you layout, and 5 that you extract from the file.
I need these back quickly tonight if possible.
These are very basic designs, with large text, nothing fancy.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
