Description:
I need a program developed. I have the general idea but need help implementing it. Please review the attached file.
This program should be installable and provide real time calculations. Someone who is familiar with Yahoo auctions and how their fee calculations work would be a plus.
I need the program developed to give accurate quotes of fee calculations for various types of auctions and only allow the features associated with that type of auction to be used. I need a user to be able to edit the fee values in case Yahoo should decide to raise or lower them in the future.
I need a coder who is able to give positive input to make the final product better.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I can easily do this for you. I have a wide variety of experiences working with calculators such as this, for an example check out www.webcalc.net. I have programmed all of those.
I can either program this in Visual Basic 6 which would give you a Windows executable file that will run on anything that is Windows 95 or greater.
The other thing I can do for you is if you want to have this on the web then I can program it in PHP and then it will work on Windows, Max, Linux, and any other computer that can go on the world wide web.
If you decide you want me to do this I can have it complete in less then 24 hours.
