Description:
Please see sites such as rateapix.com, sugarbabes.nl, etc. I am creating a small use pay site. I am a small time photographer so I really dont have the big bucks to pay. Ive done the basic html on my own and the graphics as well. I dont have time to learn php cgi and the additional languages to have the site up right now so Im here.
Heres the jist of it. I need a coder to cut code for a gallery type site that will allow voting, picture uploading (1-3 pics) a database for membership tracking and newsletters, and its a pay site so the gateway info will be provided once I get an idea how long it will take. There may be some other things that may come to mind that might add to the bid.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
this should run on servers such as unix or nt. I dont expect anything else and if I do then i'll find another host.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Jul 1, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
