Description:
We need a help file created for a very small utility that performs only a couple functions. We are looking for PERFECTION and won't accept lame work. Please send some samples if you have them. Preferably we would like the project created in RoboHelp 9.2. You can download a beta of the utility at http://www.tometasoftware.com/projects/stealthsignal.net/setup.exe
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 9x and NT based platforms
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 19, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Greetings, my name is Christopher Reason and I am a Microsoft Certified Professional. I am attaching a sample of my work. My brother needed to know a little bit about using a fully manual camera so I built him this help file to get him started.
The work I propose to you will be in CHM format (standard Windows 98/ME/2K/XP Help) and will take just a couple of days to finish for you once I have recieved your documentation for the utility in question.
If your utility uses 'What's This Help' or Context Sensative Help then I can include that as well. This will be a bit more involved as we will need to discuss the details of context help before I can proceed with the feature.
For a simple help file, similar to my example work, all I would need is documents for the utility or the utility itself to review and compose the help file.
