PHP MYSQL App Modification

Description:
I need two modifications to the program that I have attached. It is called Quirex. It is from the following URL http://www.teca-scripts.com/pro/
It uses PHP and MYSQL to create web based Multiple Choice Exams. Here are the changes I need.
1. I need to be able to import the questions and answers from a text file that will be in a consistent format. For example.
Q1. What is the Value of Pi?
A. Something
B. Something
C. Something
D. Something
E. Something
F. Something
ANS: A
Explanation: Explanation of why question is right goes here.
Q2....so on and so forth.
As the app is written now, it requires you to type in each question and answer choice individually through a control panel. Not only is this horribly time consuming, but it is also redundant work because I already have over 3,000 questions that are broken down in to text files of 50 questions each in the format shown above. Now you see why this is important that I import the questions rather than retyping them one by one.
2. As the app is written now, it only allows 6 possible answer choices. I would need a minumum of 10 possible answer choices.
I have also attached a text file that is an example of what the other text files will be formatted like.
PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, do not bid on this project unless you are 100% positive, beyond doubt that you can easily and quickly accomplish these two goals.
Please take the time to install the app that I attached and get to know what I am talking about. Please don't give a generic reply or bid.
