Description:
I need a small installable program that does the following:

-Looks in a folder and its subfolders for images
-There should be a jpg or jpeg and a gif with the same name
-If there is only a jpg,jpeg or gif then that image should be deleted

Example:

keep it
12345.jpg
-----------------
12345.gif
keep it
12345.jpeg
------------------
If one of the above scenarios doesn't exist then the picture should be deleted.

Copies all the unique Photos from all the sub-folders into a folder on my Desktop named SMC Pictures

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Windows XP Professional

I could quickly complete this in java, and comment it using javadoc.

Just a question, by 'unique file' you mean there if there is a gif without a jpg and vice-versa?
