Description:
We are looking to place a mortgage quotation form into our web site the user types in the loan amount the term and weather they want insurance it that runs through the database and returns a payment
Deliverables:
Complete source code of all programming work done. What we are looking for is some one to code a web page so that when the user enters a amount it returns them a payments for there loan
Special Conditions / Other:
